AeroServer · On-premises supervisor
Every node on the site. One station.
AeroServer brings every AeroNode on a site or campus into a single live station, with one alarm console, operator graphics and role-based access, on your own server. Unlimited nodes. No annual SMA.

Capabilities
The supervisory layer, without the supervisory tax.
Everything an operations team needs to run a site day to day, in the same AeroView interface technicians already use on each node.
One live station
Every connected AeroNode appears in a single station tree with its health, firmware version, last contact and live points. Read, command and release points on any node from one place.
Site-wide alarm console
Alarms from every node in one console. Acknowledgements are passed back to the originating node, and operators can shelve alarms and add notes for the next shift.
Graphics builder & operator view
Author operator graphics with a dozen widget types, alignment tools and conditional rules, then publish them to a live operator view with per-graphic viewing permissions.
Role-based access
Four permission levels (view, operate, engineer and admin) with built-in and custom roles. Anything not explicitly granted is denied.
Audit trail
Every authenticated change is recorded with the user, role, action and result, with passwords automatically redacted.
Secure enrollment
Nodes join through a one-time enrollment step, then connect outbound over an authenticated, encrypted channel.
How nodes connect
Nodes dial out. AeroServer never dials in.
It's the most important design decision in Aero. Because every connection starts at the node, AeroServer can supervise controllers across VLANs, subnets and remote buildings without opening a single inbound port to a controller.
- 1
Enroll once
A new node is enrolled with a one-time code issued by AeroServer, which then vouches for its identity.
- 2
Connect outbound
The node keeps a single outbound, authenticated and encrypted connection open to AeroServer.
- 3
Everything travels over that connection
Live values, alarms, commands and configuration changes all use the connection the node opened.
Perpetual site license
One license per AeroServer installation, owned outright. No capacity tiers to outgrow.
Unlimited nodes, devices & points
Add buildings, controllers and points without a license upgrade or a call to the factory.
Updates included
New AeroServer releases are included. There is no annual software maintenance agreement to renew.
FAQ
AeroServer questions, answered.
How many nodes can one AeroServer supervise?
There is no licensed limit. AeroServer has no node, device or point caps and no license checks; size the server hardware to the site.
Do nodes need inbound firewall rules or port forwarding?
No. Each AeroNode dials out to AeroServer and keeps one mutual-TLS stream open. Every read, write and command from AeroServer travels back down that stream, so nothing needs to reach into the node's network.
Where does AeroServer run?
On your own Windows machine, as a desktop application or as a background Windows service. It runs on premises, with no cloud dependency.
What happens to the building if AeroServer goes offline?
Nothing changes on the equipment. Logic, schedules, trends and alarms run on each AeroNode, which keeps controlling its equipment and reconnects to AeroServer automatically.
Is there an annual maintenance agreement?
No. AeroServer is a perpetual site license and software updates are included. There is no annual SMA.
